I have been into sports betting for at least 12 years and i used different bookmakers and honeslty never 📈 faced any kind of problem.
Until i decided to give a try to Betwinner because it seemed to me interesting. I 📈 created my account normally and wanted to make a deposit. I opened the deposit window and saw the methods available 📈 and there was this certified guy that Betwinner directs you to his Whatsapp conversation.
I asked this person if he accepts 📈 top-up cards he said yes. I went on to get a top-up card with a value of 50 MAD, thankfully 📈 i was careful enough to NOT trust him directly with a bigger amount because i wanted to test his credibility 📈 first. As soon as he received my top-up card he deleted the messages where he stated that he accepts top-up 📈 cards and proceeded to blocking me.
Of course i headed to your security department and also finance department to file a 📈 complaint, they asked me multiple times about details of what happens : Phone number of the agent, screeshots of the 📈 conversation, my bet account's ID ... After repeating the same step at least 3 times, i've been told that the 📈 agent would like to give me explanations and if i am okay with it, of course i replied with yes 📈 although i don't need explanations to premeditated actions.
