In this sense, the aim of this study was to show that physical education teachers are responsible for implementing the 🍐 practice of sports in a fun and playful way to their students, encouraging them to spend less time in front 🍐 of TV and computer, proving that regular sports positively influences the lives of adolescents and adults by preventing physical diseases 🍐 such as obesity and psychological such as depression.
Theoretical treatises about the topic are many, because it perceives a major concern 🍐 with the quality of life that teenagers have had.
Based on the authors cited, it is possible to observe in social 🍐 life and in adolescent health, the improvements obtained by the regular practice of sports.
